Here is an interesting photo sent to me by my
pal Chaz Baker, the keyboardist seen here on the left side of the picture.
I used to routinely toss my Gibson Les Paul across the stage to him during
the song "The Thrill Is Gone," which was to MS Funk what "Renegade" is
now to STYX, a grand finale song. See how Chaz is still playing piano
with his right hand. Chaz was and still is an amazing dude!
If you look to the left of the drummer you will see the white Les Paul
I played when I first joined STYX. - TS
Here is a picture of me from an MS Funk (my band
in the mid 70's) promo shot.
Nice outfit! Too bad you cannot see the
platform shoes... - TS
Here are three members of M.S.Funk that they
sent me this past Christmas. From left to right: Colin Keefe (lead vocals),
Lindy Gallaher (bass guitar) and Keith Goins (lead guitar) Those days were
among the most fun I ever had as a traveling musician. We rocked! It is
great to see their faces... - TS
Here is a photo from Hutchinson, Kansas taken
Saturday night, September 15, 2001. It is the first time I've seen this
many MS Funk alumni in one place since 1975! - TS
